Absolutely love love the nail salon! My favorite tech Sarah does an amazing job! You can grab a cocktail while they do your nails. The entire staff is super nice!
Very welcoming! We really enjoyed ourselves! Nancy, Sandy, and Kaylee were our techs. Quality of service done on our toes kept long! We ordered Champagne, Bay Breeze, and Pineapple Vodka - definitely did not skimp on the alcohol! Was visiting, def would be repeat customer if I lived there again!
Sara did a really good job and she did it quickly too. She was kind and listened to what I was going for and she did a good job making it happen. The staff was also very nice and they were having fun. Will be back again.

I love this nail salon. I have been visiting this salon for over a year. My nail stylist is Kim and she is amazing. I’m a Pinterest fan so I show her an image and she replicates it to a tee!!

kayla was rude. i was kind i wasn’t rude at all
i wanted shorter and straight not crooked . she got irritated and just left me there with my nails not done.
I get my dip mani gel pedi here every 3 weeks for 6-8 months now. Chloe is MY GIRL. She is so skilled at nails and does it perfect. She does my gel nails and dip nails flawless every time! She has a talent. Chloe is also very sweet and funny. I love Diane for my pedicure.
I love lavender nails and I love that they have a beverage bar. I don’t want to go anywhere else! I have had a couple hick ups with lavender though with their sub par customer service at times, such as not offering me a beverage; many times I have to ASK, which is not okay.
Also they skimp you on the time for scrub and massage. Most mail technicians only scrub my feet w the Pumice for 8 seconds each foot and I don’t like that. I’m paying
a $70 pedicure service. Tech should be scrubbing with the pumice for 20-30 seconds each foot . And many only scrub the exfoliating scrub on my legs and feet for 10-15 seconds each foot and that’s not okay either. I had to explain to the managers, and explain to Diane that it should be a little longer like 45-60 seconds or more each foot is good for exfoliating.
Diane is great and understands my desire
and gives more sensible time on scrub. I appreciate Diane.
I just feel customers are paying a lot and we should receive a good relaxing service. This is why I speak up. Not to complain but to explain the right way to serve us customers. but over all I give 5 stars.
I'm a new, loyal client to Lavender Nails! I love Kelly the best. She helped me achieve such classy and elegant nails!
Something to note: I got my nails done by a different person here before and had a totally different experience. The tips felt poorly applied, and within 1 week, they fell off :(

The salon is super nice and I’ve always had a great experience with booking, however the real star and reason I want to leave a review is their tech Sarah. I’ve had 2 sets by her so far and her attention to detail is top notch, from her shaping to her designs she always goes out her way to get it just right. My first set was the blue one and she nailed it and my latest set she went out her way to mix colors to get the perfect green since they didn’t have it. Service is great and I’ve loved every set I’ve gotten she deserves all the hype. 10/10
